Harvesting Method: Manual

Winemaking: Each of the varieties was vinified separately with cold pre-fermentation skin maceration for 5 days at 8° C in stainless steel tanks. Maximum fermentation temperature 30°C for 28 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Breeding: 80% of the wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months, 40% new; 60% second and third use; 20% in concrete tanks.

Tasting Note: Deep red color with violet highlights.
Aromatically it presents a great fruity character
highlighting plums, blackberries and blueberries, accompanied
with complex aromas due to its aging in barrels.
In the mouth it presents a sensation of sweetness and
unctuousness, revealing delicate notes of vanilla,
chocolate and spices, with an elegant and persistent finish.
