It has a pleasant onion skin colour with copper tones. On the nose, its aromas are complex, with white flowers standing out, with citrus notes such as mandarin, quince jam, dried fruit and black tea strands. On the palate, it has a pleasant impact, well balanced with acidity. Its prolonged ageing on grape marc gives it soft tannins that give it body, delicate astringency and persistence. Gastronomically, it is a versatile wine, ideal to accompany cheese and dried fruit platters, paellas and light pastas, fresh salads or Creole empanadas.
