Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: It was fermented in concrete tanks, respecting the native yeast flora. During its maceration, Delestages, Pisoneos and pump-overs were used. At the end of the same, it was devined and its skins pressed with vertical basket presses.

Breeding: 12 months in 500-litre, 100% French second and third use barrels.

Tasting Note: It is a wine that stands out for its intensity and freshness
aromatic, reminiscent of fresh plums, cherries and
Cherries, notes of tobacco and chocolate reveal its
aged in oak. In the mouth it has good acidity, tannins
of great volume, its finish stands out for having good
tension, always predisposing the next sip.
