Winemaking: Whole bunch pressing, static destemming or stem removal. Production using the D'Asti method. The juice foams in a stainless steel tank.

Tasting Note: Color: Pale greenish, with steely tones. It has aromas reminiscent of white flowers such as orange blossoms, magnolias, jasmines and white lilies mixed with notes of fruit such as white peaches and green apples. On the palate it has a sweet, pleasant, smooth and balanced impact, very refreshing. Pairings: Ideal as a simple aperitif to accompany cheese boards, empanadas criollas and humita, to enjoy in fruit cocktails and to accompany creamy and smooth desserts.
