Winemaking: Manual harvest during the second half of March and the first week of April, transported in 5,000 kg containers. Bunches are selected in the vineyard. Fermentation and maceration for 8 days at temperatures between 25º-27º C, then post-fermentation maceration for 7 days, using alternating re-mounting, delestage and stomping methods throughout the process. Malolactic fermentation: carried out at 100% of the volume.

Breeding: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 70% of the wine spends 12 months in French oak, while 30% of the wine spends 12 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Color: Deep red, with violet highlights. Aroma:
Complex wine with notes of jam, ripe figs and
black dried fruits. Palate: Gentle entry, tannins
juicy and with a long finish on the palate.
