Varietal Composition: Viognier 50%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%, Torrontés 20%

Located in Uco Valley (Tupungato, Tunuyan and San Carlos).

Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: Whole bunches are pressed and the stems are removed in pneumatic presses. Static cold racking. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wines are made separately to then prepare the final blend.

Breeding: 3 months on its lees.

Tasting Note: At sight of pleasant pale yellow color
with greenish tones. On the nose they combine
Floral notes, white fruits, citrus
and herbaceous. On the palate of sensations
fresh, good balance and tension, long
and persistent finish. Ideal to accompany
fish, seafood, soft cheeses,
sweetbreads and light pastries.
