Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: Short Charmat method (or large containers).

Breeding: 1 month on lees.

Tasting Note: Very pale pink color with sparkles
coppery. On the nose it presents aromas of
White fruits, reminiscent of apples
Green, with citrus and herbaceous notes
contributed by Sauvignon Blanc, and notes
of red fruits provided by the Syrah. In
mouth, with a sweet impact, it is presented fresh and
with a good sweet-acid balance. On the palate
It is fresh, smooth and persistent. Ideal for
accompany starters with light flavors,
Cheese and cold cuts boards, to accompany
desserts and prepare fruit cocktails in the
summer.
