Winemaking: Fermentation in concrete vessels for 11 days with gentle pumping and stomping movements and temperatures that did not exceed 27°C

Breeding: The wine had a mixed aging: 60% in concrete tanks and 40% in barrels: 85% used and 15% new barrels of French origin and soft toast.

Tasting Note: Wine of not very intense color with violet hues,
aromas of fresh strawberries and cherries, in the mouth it is
good acidity of sensations that highlight freshness and
good persistence.
