Winemaking

Fermentation in concrete vessels for 11 days with gentle pumping and stomping movements and temperatures that did not exceed 27°C

Breeding

The wine had a mixed aging: 60% in concrete tanks and 40% in barrels: 85% used and 15% new barrels of French origin and soft toast.

Tasting Note

Wine of not very intense color with violet hues,
aromas of fresh strawberries and cherries, in the mouth it is
good acidity of sensations that highlight freshness and
good persistence.
