Winemaking: Manual harvesting in 300-kilogram plastic bins. Manual harvesting in several passes. Direct pressing of the bunches. Static cold racking. Use of selected yeasts. Partial malolactic fermentation.

Breeding: Aged for 3 months on its lees using a batoning system before being fractionated.

Tasting Note: Ferus Blanc de Blancs is pale greenish yellow in color,
The nose is intense and refreshing, where the fruits stand out.
white, apricots contributed by the Viognier, and subtle notes
Herbals such as rue, fresh grass and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and
lime provided by Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon,
intertwined with white flowers such as chamomile and jasmine
provided by Torrontés. On the palate it is fresh, juicy
and elegant, with a long and persistent finish. Ideal to accompany
fish, seafood cocktails, cheeses and light pastas.
