Winemaking: Each variety is made separately. Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours at 5º C. Prolonged fermentation and maceration, with alternating pump-over, delestage, and treading, at temperatures between 24-28º C. 100% malolactic fermentation of the wine.

Tasting Note: Color: Violet, deep black with scarlet highlights.
Aroma: Ripe red fruits and notes are perceived
spicy. Palate: It presents itself with volume and structure,
accompanied with sweet and friendly tannins showing its
elegant ending.
