Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand. The bunches are pressed whole in pneumatic presses. The juice is statically decanted and separated from the coarse lees. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 12 to 14 degrees Celsius. Batting of the lees once a week. Partial malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Note: Color: Golden yellow with greenish tones.
Aroma: Complex where fruits are amalgamated
tropical with a touch of vanilla and toasted wood.
Mouth: It is unctuous, complex and persistent, balanced
acidity and honeyed.
