Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours at 5º C. Prolonged fermentation and maceration, with alternating pump-over, delestage, and treading, at temperatures between 24°-28° C. 100% malolactic wine.

Breeding: 100% of the wine is aged in 50% American and 50% French oak for 6 months.

Tasting Note: Color: Intense ruby red and violet. Aroma: It is spicy,
with red and black fruits such as cherry and cassis. With notes of
tobacco and vanilla. Palate: Distinguished and good-natured.
