Content: 750 ml

Elevation: Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours at 5º C. Prolonged fermentation and maceration, with alternating pump-over, delestage, and treading, at temperatures between 24º-28º C. 100% malolactic fermentation of the wine.

Breeding: The wine is aged for 6 months in 50% American and 50% French oak for 100% of the wine.

Tasting Note: Color: Deep ruby red with violet highlights.
Aroma: Notes of stewed red fruits, fruits
black, chocolate. Palate: Notes of
Red fruits that repeat what was perceived on the nose,
fruity entry, medium bodied.
