Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours, fermentation in barrels and stainless steel tanks, with total macerations between 15 and 24 days, fermentation temperatures up to 25°C.

Breeding: 18 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, 60% new barrels.

Tasting Note: Intense color, edges with reflections
and blue hues. Aromas of black fruits, chocolate,
truffles and tobacco, which is evidence of its harmonious aging in barrels.
In the mouth this wine has sweet tannins, but with a velvety texture
giving it structure, silkiness and volume. With a long finish
and reminiscent of wild flora such as thyme and rockrose.
