Winemaking: Maceration for 17 and 24 days respectively, one of the vessels was co-fermented with Ancellotta

Breeding: 12 months in 225-litre barrels; Origin France 80%; Origin USA 20%; 55% new barrels.

Tasting Note: Deep red in color, with slight blue hues, on the nose it is
complex where currants, tobacco and
White chocolate. It is rather light on the palate.
but with a consistent final persistence.
