Tasting Note: At first glance it has a green color
pale with steely tones.
In aromas it reminds of fruits
yellow like peach,
Damascus, with notes of
green apple.
On the palate it is presented with
good sweet-acid balance,
refreshing and well balanced.
Ideal as an appetizer, for
accompany cheese boards and
charcuterie, creamy desserts
and light, and to prepare
fruit cocktails.
