Varietal Composition: Natural Sweet Chenin (Chenin Blanc)

Region

Eastern area of Mendoza, mainly San Martin, Junin and Rivadavia.

Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: Pressing of the stemmed bunches, de-stemming by flotation and cold. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation is stopped by centrifuging and filtering the fermenting juices.

Tasting Note: At first glance it has a pale green color with
Steely tones. In aromas it is reminiscent of fruits
yellow like peach, apricot, with
notes of green apples. On the palate,
with good balance between sweet and acid, refreshing
and well balanced. Ideal as an appetizer, for
accompany cheese and charcuterie boards,
creamy and light desserts, and for
prepare fruit cocktails.
