Winemaking: Co-pressing of whole and stemmed Malbec and Viognier bunches in pneumatic presses. Static cold racking. The must is co-fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.

Breeding: 3 months on its lees.

Tasting Note: At first glance it has a pale copper color.
On the nose, notes of red fruits are combined
fresh and citrusy, like cherries and tangerines,
Ripe quinces and flowers. On the palate,
fresh sensations, good balance and tension,
Long and persistent finish. Ideal for
