Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, fermentation in concrete tanks, with total macerations between 18 and 24 days, fermentation temperatures up to 28°C.

Breeding: 18 Months in 225-litre French Oak Barrels, with 80% New Barrels.

Tasting Note: Violet red colour with a blackish background. Complex and intense aromas, from which notes of creme brulee, candied fruit, plums and black fruit emerge. On the palate, its structure, volume and silkiness stand out. The integration achieved during its ageing between the fruit and the oak is surprising, with a very elegant and long finish.
