Winemaking

In concrete tanks, pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, total maceration for 18 days, with fermentation temperatures up to 27°C.

Breeding

Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. 40% new barrels; remainder second and third use.

Tasting Note

Intense color, aromas of ripe and candied red fruits
balanced with aromas of cedar, tobacco and chocolate
from its aging, of great volume and sweet tannins,
which provide a silky and succulent texture.
