Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours, Fermentation in concrete tanks, with total macerations between 15 and 24 days. Fermentation temperatures up to 27°C.

Breeding: Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 partial months.

Tasting Note: Violet color, where fresh red fruits stand out,
ripe and candied with a touch of vanilla, tobacco and
chocolate provided by its aging in wood.
