Content: 1500 ml

Winemaking: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermented in concrete vessels with a capacity of ten thousand kilos. Maximum fermentation temperature 27°C. Total maceration between 18 and 21 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Breeding: 12 months in 225-litre new and second-use French and American oak barrels

Tasting Note: Intense violet red colour, very complex nose, revealing aromas of spices, candied red fruits, cinnamon and chocolates. Mouthfeel with very good volume and structure, great silkiness, hints of bitter chocolate, and a sweet and persistent finish.
