Tasting Note
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot constitute the Heart of this great blend,
providing a strong spicy and elegant character. In turn, the Malbec, the
Bonarda and Syrah provide sweetness, volume in the mouth, and smoothness.
Lastly, Petit Verdot and Tanat provide structure and robustness.
The result is an exceptional GREAT CUT, which at first glance presents color
Intense ruby red. Its aromas are of great complexity and elegance, where
Notes of sweet spices, black pepper, dried figs and fruits appear
dry, interspersed with notes of vanilla and cedar provided by the
wood. On the palate, it is sweet in impact at first, and refreshed by a
Friendly and balanced acidity, with firm and robust tannins that give it
its whole a long and very persistent finish.
