The property is located in the Uco Valley, in the province of Uco, in the province of La Puebla.

Content: 750 ml

Winemaking: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermented in concrete vessels with a capacity of ten thousand kilos. Maximum fermentation temperature 27°C. Total maceration between 18 and 21 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Breeding: 12 months in new and second-hand 225-litre French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Color of great intensity and violet tone characteristic of
the variety. Its aromas are perceived as intense, standing out
ripe red fruits, chocolate and tobacco. Its tannins are
rough and sweet texture, with a very persistent finish.
