Winemaking
Manual harvest during the second half of March and the first week of April, transported in 5,000 kg containers. Bunches are selected in the vineyard. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 8 days at temperatures between 25º - 27º C, then post-fermentation maceration for 7 days, using alternating re-pumping, delestage and stomping methods throughout the process. Malolactic fermentation: carried out at 100% of the volume.
Breeding
70% of the wine spends 9/10 months in French oak, 30% of the wine spends 9/10 months in first-use French oak barrels.
Tasting Note
Color: Deep red with violet highlights. Aroma:
Complex with notes of jelly, ripe fig and dried fruit.
Mouth: Friendly entry, juicy tannins, long and
persistent finish in the mouth.
